about

In 2006, Eat Your Neighbors played a farewell show at Fletchers. The band moved west. Joe stuck around Baltimore and continued to make music. Apathy Gauge had only two performances, but the band cemented the creative relationship with Dylan Schwacke, who would go on to be Eat Your Neighbors new drummer when they re-formed a few years later.

This is a random collection of Apathy Gauge music, from studio recordings to rehearsal space jam sessions to unfinished apartment songwriting sketches. Many of these recordings were less known Eat Your Neighbors songs. Others would become Eat Your Neighbors songs when the band reformed. However, there are at least a few that were only ever performed in this interim band, so I thought it was a relevant part of the Eat Your Neighbors saga.
